My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Maryland, Montgomery County. I was doing the speed limit when a Police officer passed me, I followed as he went up to 70 mph. I have all of it recorded on an HD dash cam system. If the officer had slowed down, pulled me over, and wrote me a ticket, would this not be considered entrapment? As the officer did not have his lights on and had no reason for his access speed, the only reason I followed was to document the officers abuse of power. Had the officer been following the speed limit I never would have followed.
