what do i do if my car is in a shop and mechanic keeps bs ing me around saying he will meet me up at the shop so i can get the estimate for my insurance company he originally was supposed to just email it to me but now we are going on 3 months and at this point i just wont my car out so i can take it to another shop so i can get the ball rolling on if its totalled or not i put my claim in over a month and a half ago to my insurance company and now they are bugging because i dont have there estimate they need to move forward
