Separation: Agreed Separation W/Minors and Moving Out of State

My question involves a marriage in the state of:Georgia. We have agreed to a legal separation agreement (which will become a divorce within the year.) We are completely agreed on ALL accounts of the separation, including physical & legal custody of minors, child support, alimony and separation of assets and debts. There is NO disagreements at all. His is currently active military and will be relocating in one year and we both agree to myself and the children moving back to our hometown where all of our family is at.

GA laws do not have a legal separation but we are drafting a separation agreement that will be submitted to the courts. The judge does not have a say in what our agreements are - basically the agreement in filed as a civil case. So, am I covering all my bases before I move out of state. I don't want anything to come back and bite me.

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
