My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Idaho , I sold a Barbie collection on Craigslist and the person that bought them put me through a week of hell. I asked for an address to send it to and told them I would not be paying for the shipping because of the amount it would be.
He sent a check to cover the cost and then he had me do a money gram and then he said a mover will be there to pick it up but no one showed and I missed a whole day on my side job
well after a week of him sending me all over he said he wants all the money and he doesn't want the collection and then he gave me 2 different bank accounts to 2 different banks and with different names at this point I had a real panic attack and a breakdown..i told him because of lost wages and fuel I can't give him the money back...does he have a case?
