My question involves civil rights in the State of: NJ
I had my drive way retouched for $600, they did a terrible job and after arguing they said "congratulations, this is free" but then proceeded to say "I know what you are, you are a scam artist and I'm going to police and sue"
My husband said no need to sue, here money. No receipt given.
If charges were pressed against us, how would this turn out?
I believe we would win b/c they said its free and my son witnessed..
