My question involves a child custody case from the State of: TEXAS
My ex husband owes approx. 32,000 in child support. He has made only 2 payments this year, one in February for 185.00 & one beginning of July for $1085.00.
I just recently found out he has a contract on a 410K house, and is putting down 80K cash. We have a court date of Nov 2 .. is this something I should have an attorney for? do I have a case? He lied to the AG and said he was not working from Jan- May .. but now has this money to buy a house. Any advise would help
