My question involves civil rights in the State of: Washington state
I have 2 fired employees that were fired due to aberrant behaviors in the clinic. They are now contacting my patients from the clinic to speak about my personal issues, business, and medical practice. I do feel this is defamation regarding them doing this and do have snapshots of conversations online. I also am concerned as my patients are now being contacted on social media which is a hippo violation.
