Background Checks: Will an Order of Protection Show Up on a Background Check

My question involves restraining orders in the State of: MO

My ex-girlfriend filed a restraining order against me a few months ago which was a joke and not even necessary, she was just trying to ruin my life. I couldn't hardly find a lawyer to defend me because she was the daughter of the head judge in the county she filed it in. Even when I did finally find one he advised me just to consent to it because it would be impossible to win considering she's a female and who her dad is so I did. Here we are a few months later and I'm applying for new jobs because I haven't been happy in my job for a while. I have an interview coming up with a rather large Fortune 500 company and possibly another one that I'm waiting to hear back on. My question is if/when I am offered a job and the company does a background check will this show up on it and if so what does it show up as and how? Also how should I address it if it shows up and they ask me about it and/or should I just bring it up to them prior to the background check?
