I am currently shopping for auto insurance and i am stuck on finding out who pays my medical bills in an event i get hurt in an auto accident. While checking for quote online i noticed that i have an option to choose my health insurance as primary but i am not sure if my health insurance will cover my auto accident bills. May i know what is the state law as far as covering of auto accident bills is concerned ? Can health insurance deny auto accident bills ? I would sincerely appreciate if someone could shed some light on this so that i could shop for right insurance.
