I have a 6 yr old and a new born. I am currently going threw a divorce and I ended up in another relationship with a man. The ex boyfriend ran off with my children witch I have a order for my 6 yr old and my divorce had to wait due to me being pregnant. When my ex boyfriend took my children he kept my 6 yr old over 24hrs but now refuses to gice me my new born who is breast fed I call the police they say its civil because he is on birth certificate. My questions are how can I get my child back since the police are not doing anything and how can I force the police department to take my report of kidnapping seriously and charge this man with kidnapping and how can my husband put his name on the birth certificate???
