Disciplinary Issues: Unfair Reprimand

My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Maryland.

I have been informally written-up for expressing with other co-workers how I feel about me being mistreated in the work place by other co-workers. Do I have any recourse? Is it legal? I work for a non-profit.
