Repair and Maintenance: Tenants and Mold

My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Ohio

My tenants had a toilet leak about 2 months ago, so I ended up buying them a new toilet and putting in new flooring and tile since there was water and it made the floor buckle. Monday my tenants texted me and showed me a picture of mold behind the toilet on the drywall where the water had leaked and he then started freaking out saying it was spreading rapidly across the bathroom and it's everywhere. I got back in town Thursday ( yesterday ) and it was not "everywhere" it was behind the toilet and on one window. I immediately went to work scrubbing the window and bleaching it 100% clean where no mold would ever be seen again, then put kilz paint over it to make sure of it. My drywall guy was supposed to come Thursday and replace the drywall with the mold and check the studs to make sure there were no molds. While I was there Thursday I did a little removal of some of the drywall so I could check the studs. I personally did not see any mold on the studs but to be 100% sure I bleached it down really good then scrubbed it as well with one of those stainless steel pads and put kilz paint over that too.

My drywall guy called and said he was having a family emergency and could not go, his daughter broke his arm and his mom was having emergency surgery. Both in the same day, so he wouldn't be free until Saturday ( which is tomorrow at the time of writing this post ) I was going to go over and meet with my tenants today to do some more tear out of the drywall for my guy tomorrow before he got there so all he'd have to do is check for mold on the studs, cut the board and put it up and be done. My tenant texted me and said he was not feeling well and he was just gonna lay down for a bit.

At this point no one is talking about a lawsuit, but as you can tell I am doing everything I can to get this problem fixed and have actually fixed it in some areas and will have it 100% fixed tomorrow. Is there anyway they can sue me? Like I said, no one is mentioning a lawsuit at this point, but people seem to always be looking for a get rich quick thing, and the fact he is suddenly feeling sick today worries me he might be using that against me in the next few weeks if he does file suit.

If I make sure everything is 100% and safe after tomorrow will I be reliable for anything since I fixed it in under a week? and should I call the health inspector to check for black mold or should I take pictures and document everything tomorrow when we are replacing the drywall?

Thank you for your time.
