Business Issues: How to Move My LLC from Colorado to North Carolina

My question involves business law in the state of: North Carolina and Colorado

I have just moved from Colorado to North Carolina. I have an LLC that began in 2010 in Colorado - we do almost all our business online and have no brick and mortar building.

We'd like to move our LLC to North Carolina officially, so we no longer pay taxes in Colorado for the business.

What is the simplest way to do this?

Do I need to actually Dissolve my LLC in Colorado? Or is there a way to transfer it or merge it into North Carolina?
