My question involves a child custody case from the State of: florida
Ok, I have a couple questions before I go to a final hearing that relates to documenting and information.
First off is it wise to point out debit padding at the final hearing? I see incorrect listing for several things and have reference material to support that it is wrong information.
Second - When referencing pay stubs to the number on financial affidavit for income and see that certain career fields that have a very liberal off days to work days schedule and are allowed to sell back any comp time such as leave and sick time earned that one notices that these times are always sold back. Would one bring this to the courts attention?
Third - if one notices that certain individuals get paid from their employer and remove all proceeds within days of a payday and only leaves enough to keep account open or to pay for monthly utilities. How is this looked at by the courts? would one bring this to any ones attention?
