I'm posting this because I need some advice on what to do with the present situation I find myself in. To give you all a little back story. We have a present parental agreement. Joint custody, with me being the primary. He pays support(unwillingly. His wages have to be garnished.) the order has been set since 2010.
I have recently been noticing some changes to the behavior of my ex. We haven't always had the best rapport, and within the past year or so we've been able to talk about things regarding our daughter more. Which is a huge step in the right direction, but with the recent events. I'm noticing that he's been a bit of a space case. Not taking our daughter to school. Picking her up early etc. I believe he's using a hard drug of some sort and I don't know what way to turn for help. He acts like a complete wackadoodle looks really rough, and can't formulate sentences sometimes. Any help in pegging how to prove it would be amazing, because I don't want to prematurely point a finger and not have anything to back it up with.
