My Fiancé is being accused of rape by his ex girlfriend. They have a 18 month year old son together and I believe that she cried rape to take their son away from him. He is 19 and I am 16. Both of my parents are giving consent to our marriage but he is afraid that our marriage will effect his court case. Is it possible for him to go to prison for marring me?
