My question involves criminal law for the state of: New Mexico and Arizona
SO my brother (age 22 from AZ) been dating a girl (age 16 from NM). in the beginning of the relationship her mother was okay with everything but a yr later she change her mind due to the fact of the 16 yr old girl running away alot. now the mother wants to press charges on my brother and threatening him on calling the police and gonna take him to prison. she is also harssing our family member and friends. telling them shes gonna take him to jail and that everyone needs to know.:confused:
