A person who was sentenced to 25 years in prison for Aggravated Assault with a minor under 14 was sentenced to 25 years but is due for parole in 2019. How likely is this person to get parole? and if there parole is for 2019 do they actually get released in 2018? I am very concerned about this and hope that they look at this crime as something very serious. This was in TX so any information will be of great help. Thank you.
