Presumption of Paternity: Boyfriend Abusive Physically Mentally and We Have a Baby

My question involves paternity law for the State of: California
My boyfriend has punched me in the put his hands around my neck kicked me in the head and hip and knee and has broke 2 of my laptops and a phone I've tried to leave and he wouldn't let me or let me take my daughter and he said for me to be able to leave I had to sign a paper saying I volentary to sign all my right of our daughter to him and if I don't and I try to leave he is going to rip and shred all my documents and my I.d so I can't leave and now my parents want me to do it the legal way but I need my stuff and my daughters stuff as in documents but he won't give them to me and he won't even let me leave the house unless its with him . I need to know what to do so I can leave thus state with my daughter safely with her and I documents my parents live in Illinois and they said I can stay there and my mom is on disability and my dad gets paid a lot and they have the money to get me and my daughter a plane ticket I just don't know how to get her and I's documents to leave and I don't know what my rights are as an unmarried mother living with the baby daddy I need help asap
