My question involves criminal law for the state of: North Dakota. My question is if my fiance was on federal probation in Minnesota and was visiting family in North Dakota and was arrested with new charges and now has a us marshal hold does he have to finish his North Dakota case first or will the marshalls pick him up and he have to do the Minnesota federal case first? Please help
