My question involves criminal law for the state of: VA
I was pulled over for improper mounting of my licence plate. I had a slightly tinted plastic cover on my front tag only. I took a picture of it before the stop ever occured. And I plan to use it as evidence. The letters and numbers are clearly legible. Can I beat this case in court?? Has anyone beat a case like this in VA??? Please help
