I have a Plenary Hearing scheduled in Bergen County on April 14th, and my ex-wife has refused to produce discovery. I made a motion to compel her to do so, which motion is now scheduled for the same date as the Hearing.
After filing that motion, the Judge's chambers tells me I have to produce any evidence I would submit at trial (list of experts, documents, etc.) 10 days before the Hearing.
Is that true? If so, can you point me to the specific rule that requires production of evidence and witness lists before such hearing?
Many thanks!
