I purchased a piece of property through a real estate company. After the title search came back clear, I was issued a Warranty Deed from the owner. Now, a relative of the owner, who I bought the property from, comes forward with a deed for the same property that wasn't recorded and was executed during the time the property was under contract with the real estate. Do they have any claim to my property?
