My question involves business law in the state of: Maryland. Got sued by one of the LLC members for fraud after the LLC was closed.
The initial claim is about $100,000. I filed counter claim for $500,000 for his fraud. The plaintiff filed AMENDED COMPLAINT and increased his claim to $1,000,000.
There is few new claim or evidence, he just increased the number 10 times.
Is is frivolous? what is the strategy to strike?
