My question involves insurance law for the state of: IL
Short story: Was in lot car next to me dinged my door with their oversized tire when pulling out. I have a dent. Geico called them and naturally they said they did not do it. I have video of their car backing out and stopping with angles that support the story of their tire being at my door (however my car never "moves" in the video according to the adjuster at Geico) so they are pulling Word Vs. Word denial.
Any legal action possible here and if so what type of attorney would I look at retaining?
I am aware I can claim it on my insurance - just would like to go down the legal path and have them pay out.
Thank You
