Speeding Tickets: Can You Use Video You Took of a Traffic Stop in Court

My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Washington state

I was recently issued a speeding ticket for being paced doing 55 in a 40. I contested this and upon reading the deputy sworn statement that states a whole bunch of over dramatic words to explain their side. I am fighting this ticket because I did nothing wrong.. I passed another car and according to RCW46.61.425 I was well within my rights to pass said car. I did file today for any audio/vid from that deputy's car. Im sure there is no audio and vid, but I did record the where the deputy gave me the ticket. In the deputy's sworn statement it states that I was verbally agitated and tried to take it out of the the deputy's hand. My video shows the exact opposite of what happened. It shows me at no time saying anything except "ok" after the deputy gave their speech to me. Can I use this video that I took in court? Also how can I post the citation and the deputy's statement that I have in pdf?? Really would like the pros to look at it. Thanks in advance
