Emancipation for Minors

Hello, my name is Alex, I'm 17 years old turning 18 in 3 months. I have an issue that I'd like to address. I've done the research of emancipation in Wisconsin and nothing says that I cant be emancipated besides one fact, and that would be that I don't have a job. Me and my dad got to talking today and he got upset that I want to move out.. I talked to my friend about emancipation because she has lawyers as family and she said that emancipation can occur at any reasonable age in wisconsin if you meet certain requirements, I meet 2 of those requirements but I guess my question would be, if I graduate high school in 2 weeks and I have a household that has a steady income and would be stable for me to live in.. Would I be able to be emancipated to go live there? The requirements are simple, be able to be responsible with an income ( which is my problem because I don't have a job, I live 10 miles from the nearest town and I have no license or transportation .) be a mature adult, and have a good living enviornment. Ill say it again.. I live in the middle of nowhere but if I get emancipated I will be living in Milwaukee (my hometown ) with a mature adult that has a steady job, home , and life. But I guess my point is my dad doesn't think I'm capible of living with the responsibilities of an adult... Yet he hasn't let me try so please email me at alexholle99@gmail.com
