Contract Law: Social Media and Website Photography

My question involves business law in the state of: Texas, Houston.

I have started a business in handmade clothing and accessories online. Recently, I have been looking for drafting a simple 1 page contract/agreement. The contract/agreement is for anyone who we select for photography and advertisement - one-time only not regular contractor or model. Our plan is that we would give them free digital pictures portfolio in exchange for wearing our clothing and accessories. But would like to sign an agreement with them stating the following:

1. We will have the exclusive right to post their pictures in social media, emails and any magazine for advertising our products.
2. If anyone online, downloads and transforms these pictures into something ugly or funny then we are not responsible for it
3. If they don’t like their pictures and don’t want them to be published then what should we do?
4. What other hidden issues we could face for taking pictures and posting online?

Please let me know if you can help in drafting such agreements and how much it would cost. I would like to make it very simple so anyone who agrees can fully understand it.
