Does the auto insurance automatically put house hold members as excluded driver or the policy owner have to sign a paper that states that this person will become an excluded driver.
The reason for my question is that when I was 16 years old I got into a hit and run accident. I went to court after several months and eventually the case was dismissed and the charges were drop.
During the time I got into an accident is it possible for the auto insurance to automatically put my name as an excluded driver? If it is not possible then should I call my auto insurance company and ask
for proof that my father did sign/list me as an excluded driver?
