My question involves personal property located in the State of: nj
If you have a deeded right of way on your property which is on the
Land not the person, this right of way not only belongs to the current owner
But any one who owns his property after him. That being said this person
Has never used said right of way at all in well over 40 years
and has a permanent access to his
property along with many acres to walk his dog on.
Does that person have the right to walk dogs on this right of way? Or do
Anything else on it
