Modification of Custody: Emergency Custody Order Issued with No Grounds

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: AL

In April of 2014 my daughter made an accusation of inappropriate behavior against my then boyfriend. A police report was filed and DHR was brought in. The accusation was found to be invalid and no charges were pressed but my daughter decided to move in with her father for a while, we shared joint custody at the time. I maintained contact and visitation with her regularly and was fine with her staying there until she felt comfortable coming home. I removed the boyfriend from my home and my life the day the accusation was made, he has not been present since. In April of 2015, I received an Emergency Custody Order and Custody Modification order stating that I could only have supervised visitation with my child and several accusations were made against me with no grounds. I was never contacted by anyone, I just all of a sudden could not see my daughter anymore without being supervised by someone her father approved of. I immediately hired an attorney who failed to answer the complaint until Sept 2015, once the answer was filed we got a court date of June 2016. I have contacted DHR, they have no case concerning us. Her father is more guilty of the accusations made against me than I am. My attorney has since withdrawn due to conflict of interest, what can I do? I have gone a year without being able to take my daughter shopping or out to eat or have any contact with her other than supervised and I have never done anything but take care of her, I have never done drugs, been abusive, not had a home, job or vehicle. I raised her for 10 years before he ever even had visitation. Please, any advice is greatly appreciated.
