My question involves malpractice in the state of: California
A family member and I had the same doctors almost down to the very last one. A lawyer has already taken their case. I wanted to know If I should file with them or apart from them. This being my father and I, I figure it would be a strong case if we did it together. Or if we should just file apart from each other. If more so, he has a stronger case if he went alone than I do. Or so I think because they truly messed up in his case big time that couldn't be hidden very well.
