Disestablishing Paternity: How Can I Change My Father's Name on My Birth Certificate

My question involves name change laws in the State of: California

Found out my father isn't my father. My mother has paperwork showing that the DNA test shows he isn't the guy. I wanted to know if I will be able or allow at the time or removing him off my Birth Cert if I can also get my Last name changed that isn't His last name. As of right now I hold his last name that I do not want at all.

I have my DNA test in hand, how what do I do from here?
