Collection and Enforcement: How to Hold an Employer Responsible for Failure to Forward Garnished Wages

My children receive child support. The non custodial parent's paycheck is garnished weekly. I have been shown the paystubs. However, the business is not sent these payments in to NJ child support in over a month.

What fines or penalties are there for businesses that do not follow garnishment law?
