Business Issues: Can I Be Sued if I'm Kicked Out Can I Sue

I'll provide a little background to this story first: I'm 20 years old and workout at this gym near my house. I'm also a "rep" for a supplement company. I previously worked out at a gym with a dozen or so other people and sold supplements to them through the company I work for, and when I left the gym I had those buddies of mine come with me to the gym I'm currently at.

Recently, the owner of the gym accused me and my other friend that is a rep of "stealing his customers" and that he will kick us out. Let it be known that I haven't tried selling to anybody else except the 5-8 friends that have been buying from me since day 1, a little over a year ago. He also said he can possibly sue me (which I believe is false and he's just trying to scare me.) He then continues to say we are taking his business because people who buy online at our site wear tshirts around his gym (which is basically easy marketing even though I don't try selling to anybody else except my former customers.)

So now, he's attempting to kick us out. Can I file a lawsuit on him? And what for? I've been trying to find case law, searched through all the forums and can't find much related to my situation. Anybody have any idea as to how I should go about this situation? And are there any laws that prevent me from wearing a tshirt in a private gym that says my company's name on it?
