I am collecting SS disability and from the 2nd injury fund in NJ since 1991. I would like to move to Pennsylvania due to it being overall cheaper to live. If I move to Pennsylvania and change my state of residency with the 2nd injury fund in NJ will it affect my payments from the 2nd injury fund?
