I recently received a ticket for going 92 in a 70, and contested it. The measurement device listed on the ticket is AIRCRAFT, but doesn't say if it was done by pacing or with fixed points.
How would I go about finding out how my speed was measured?
Can I request a copy of the officers' notes at my pre-trial hearing or do I need to submit paperwork to the courthouse?
I've spent a few hours searching online and can't seem to get a clear answer.
