My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Missouri
Hello. I was given a speeding ticket few days back, where I was doing 100 on 70 road. The cop asked for my license but it was from California and just a permit. He gave me a ticket and asked me to attend the court on the given date. But he misspelled my last name and did not enter my license number on the ticket. He did not sign the ticket and neither did ask me to sign it. It was just a normal white paper and I think he dose not have a copy of this ticket for himself. Would I still have to go to the court and are there any chances I can tell them that I was not given a ticket at all because the officer did not sign on it and neither did I.
Thank you all.
