Okay, so I'm 18 and my mother is moving out of state. Almost 98% of our family live in Ohio. My mother, her boyfriend, my 15 year old brother, and my 13 year old little sister are supposed to move there. My sister doesn't want to move with her and my boyfriend and I have agreed to let her live with us. Can I somehow legally get custody and guardianship of her? My boyfriend is 21 and my sister doesn't want to live with my mom. If she doesn't want to live with her, my grandparents, my father, or anyone else but me can she choose where she wants to go?
