My stepson was doing overnights starting in May at his mothers house, in November she failed a drug test that my husband has the right to give her when ever he feels it necessary. She had let it leak that she was pregnant in October. Her marijuana levels were 2.41 pg/mg and a fail is anything over 0.10 pg/mg. she says she only used one time on her wedding night in September.
My questions is this:
Will this failed drug test affect the custody of her unborn child?
