My question involves court procedures for the state of: District Of Columbia
I had a case I thought (I will use a bogus number in case someone is watching) worth $20k. The bargaining stopped at $10k, so, I thought I would get $5k. I did not do figuring correctly and the true pay out would be $3k. I said no, but, my lawyer against my previous letter that he was no longer allowed to do anything without my authority, closed my case. Now that I refuse to sign the crappy agreement, he sent a package to court and filed for motion to enforce settlement on ME!
My question is, do I send a package to the judge like my lawyer NOW, or, do I wait for court to present my evidence?
