My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: Texas. I am thinking about filing bankruptcy. I am very hesitant becuase of the fact that I inflated my income by 15k on credit applications. If I file a bankruptcy, what are the chances that the bank will not discharge becuase of this? I know it's a crime as well and can prosecute, what is the likelihood of that?
