Business Regulation: Domesticate a NJ LLC in to Texas

My question involves business law in the state of: Texas.

Folks,

I have a single member LLC that was registered in NJ in 2008 , I have moved the business permanently to TX , I need to domesticate the LLC in TX so that the LLC history is retained.

I have not been able to find any information that explains the process , is it possible to transfer the LLC from NJ to TX?
