My question involves personal property located in the State of: Georgia
Long story short, I moved in with my best friend at the time with no terms or written or verbal agreements. Everything was fine but one day I couldn't pay my car note. Her sister took out a title loan on her car so that I could pay it and I told her I would help pay it back. Since then, I lost my jobs and my car so I was unable to pay her back all of the money. I tried to give them money on several occasions and they didn't want to take it because it wasn't the total amount. Now, they won't give me back my clothes or shoes until everything is paid. Now there are extra costs because she didn't turn her car in and she expects me to pay all of that.
