Hi, I am planning to create a survey for minors (age around 15 to 18) in order to collect their perspectives on my business. There are two formats of the survey I am considering but I am not sure what legal issues I would need to look into.
1. Online survey with gift so personal contact information need to be collected
2. Online survey and no personal contact info is needed
Would anyone tell me what consent/legal issues I should look into? If I stated that they will need to have their parent consent to do the survey, will I be released from all the liability?
