So, the officer said I was going 65 in a 55 zone. I was reviewing the ticket later, and turns out he didn't check the box saying I was operating or parked/parking the vehicle. Could my case be dismissed because technically it doesn't say I was operating the vehicle. It is the checkbox that says "Did Unlawfully" but neither box is checked.
