My question involves a traffic ticket from the state of: Florida
so the situation is this, i was crossing railroad and on the railroad there is two traffic lights one before the rails and another one after!
i was going the speed limit from what i remember i was going 35-30 in at 45 zone. now as i was going both of the traffic lights turned yellow i was going 35-30 and the next second i noticed the first trafic light turned red although the second one remained yellow i was confused by it and was also my mind was distracted with a bunch of other stuff! so i got pulled over immediately by a cop car and he gave me "failure stopping steady red light"! (264$$) my question is this! can i win this? i truly was confused by the two lights; when one indicates on yellow but the other one was red! pictures of the traffic light below!.
