My question involves paternity law for the State of: VIRGINIA
I was served with 3 summons for each of my children. One for custody, one for support and the third is for paternity. I'm assuming this means that she has requested the paternity be determined and is requesting the tests be done. Does this mean that she will pay for the tests? I already know that not all the children are mine and I was going to file a motion to have the DNA test done but I'm wondering if I have to file now or if I should just leave it alone and make it look like she's the only one requesting the tests and then say "sure, I will have the tests done since that's what she is asking for."
