Discovery: Mistake in the Citation Number in Officer's Sworn Affidavit

My question involves traffic court in the State of: Washington

First Question:
Got cited for Inattention to Driving in Bellevue at a speed trap. Officer claimed I was doing 32 in a 25 zone. Contested and filed for discovery. Hearing is in King County District Court of Bellevue.

In the SPEED AFFIDAVIT from the officer, this is the first sentence: "By this reference I am incorporating the information on the front of citation #579999999 to this attached affidavit"

However, the actual citation number on the ticket and the court case is 5Z9999999. The second item is the letter Z on the citation + court case. However the officer probably typed it as the number 7 when he filed the affidavit. (All 9s in the number are placeholders to conceal personal details)

Can I motion to have the officer's entire statement suppressed stating that it does not match the citation number issued to me?

Second Question:
The sworn affidavit also has an inaccuracy stating I was going Westbound on the road whereas in reality I was Eastbound. However I have no way to prove this other than my word. So I do not have great faith in making this argument. Is there anywhere I can get to with this?
