So the other day I found out I have a warrant for my arrest for a probation revocation. I am 19 and have a pregnant girlfriend and I wanted to try to get a good job so I can provide for her as long as I can until my warrant catches up to me. Are employers able to see if I have a warrant out for my arrest through a background check if I go apply? I know I should turn myself in but I need to provide for my girlfriend and future kid as long as I can.
